Founded by long-time resident and Georgetown native Bradley Cockrum, Cockrum Custom Homes, Ltd. has been building in Georgetown and surrounding areas since the early 1990’s. Bradley has always been interested in the construction process of residential home building and is actively involved in all phases, lending him an expertise uncommon among builders.

The passion and dedication to home building has been passed on, and Cockrum Homes has grown into a family owned and operated business.
